Gene of green fluorescent protein (GFP) or other fluorescent proteins is cloned in virus to prepare recombinant virus. After the material is incubated with the virus with the fluorescent gene, virus liquid is collected to infect cells, and the infection ability of the virus is identified by detecting the expression condition of GFP or other fluorescent proteins of the cells. If the material can inactivate the virus and the virus cannot infect the cells, no GFP or other fluorescent proteins areexpressed in the cells, and the cells do not show fluorescence; If the material cannot inactivate the virus and the virus can infect the cells, GFP or other fluorescent proteins are expressed in thecells, and the cells show fluorescence.
