Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a porous particle defluorinated phosphate fertilizer, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of ground phosphate rock, 2-15 parts ofpulverized coal, 2-14 parts of dolomite and/or magnesium oxide, 5-12 parts of a silicon oxide raw material, 4-18 parts of szaibelyite concentrate, 1-10 parts of a binder and 4-16 parts of a pore-forming material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the raw materials except the binder and the wood flour in proportion, and grinding the particles until the particle size D90 is less than 12 microns; (2) adding the binder and the wood powder into a ball mill in proportion, performing low-speed ball milling to fully mix the materials, granulating by using a granulator, and drying; and (3) adding the dried particles into a furnace, heating to 740 DEG C and 980 DEG C, introducing high-temperature water vapor into the furnace, carrying out heat preservation reaction for0.5-1.5 hours, pouring th |
