The direct-supply traction power supply system comprises a traction substation, a section post and a parallel switching station arranged between the traction substation and the section post, and the uplink and the downlink of the parallel switching station are respectively and independently electrically connected with the incoming and outgoing lines through the corresponding switching elements.
