An auxiliary positioning device for welding a body and a point of an end mill comprises an embedded positioning frame for the body and the point, a clamping component after the body and the point areembedded, and an assembly component bracket during welding, wherein the embedded positioning frame consists of an upper bedplate, a base plate for stabilizing the integral positioning frame, and an upright post between the upper bedplate and the base plate; and a positioning groove matched with a mill block, a ceramic screw rod at the bottom of the positioning groove and a nut through hole are arranged on the upper bedplate. The welding support is composed of a table plate, a table plate supporting column, a screw base fixed to the table plate, a position adjusting screw on the screw base anda locking nut on the position adjusting screw, and an axial threaded hole capable of being connected with a ceramic screw is formed in the lower end of the position adjusting screw.
