The device comprises a frame body, an anal dilatation unit and a drug delivery device, wherein a bidirectional lead screw arranged in a front-back manner is rotatably connected to the frame body; a gear is arranged in the middle of the bidirectional lead screw in a sleeving mode; two sections of threads which are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the gear and are opposite in rotating direction are arranged on the bidirectional lead screw; the anal dilatation unit comprises two supports and two anal dilatation rods, and two supports are symmetrically arranged at the front side and the rear side of the gear and are connected with the bidirectional lead screw through the front and rear sections of threads; the two supports are connected with the frame body in a front-back sliding mode, the two supports correspond to two anal dilatation rods in a one-to-one mode, and the anal dilatation rods are transversely
