The smoked cured product baking device comprises a housing, a rotating rod and a shell; a cured product grill is movably arranged in the shell; the bottom of the cured product grill is rotatably connected with inserting rods distributed in a circumferential array mode; carbon turning mechanisms, which are symmetrically distributed relative to the shell, are arranged in the housing; and a driving mechanism for simultaneously driving the carbon turning mechanisms, the cured product grill and the inserting rods to keep axial movement is arranged in the housing. According to the smoked cured product baking device provided by the invention, the carbon turning mechanisms, the cured product grill and the inserting rods are controlled to rotate at the same time by utilizing the driving mechanism; therefore, the control mode of the whole device is simple; furthermore, cured products can be fully and uni
