The heat-dissipation waterproof composite lithium ion battery shell material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of polypropylene; 10 to20 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride; 10 to 20 parts of polyethylene; 5 to 10 parts of a modified carbon nanotube; 3-5 parts of lubricant. The composite lithium ion battery shell material provided bythe invention has good insulativity, corrosion resistance and heat conduction performance, and also has good waterproof performance.
