Scanning pen and scanning pen device

The invention discloses a scanning pen and a scanning pen device. The scanning pen comprises a pen body and a pen point structure arranged at one end of the pen body. The pen point structure is provided with a lighting element and a camera shooting element. A telescopic pen point used for making contact with a to-be-scanned object is arranged at the end of the pen point structure in a penetratingmode. A trigger switch is arranged in the scanning pen and used for controlling on-off of the lighting element and the camera shooting element. When the telescopic pen point is pressed to retract to make contact with the trigger switch, the lighting element and the camera shooting element are turned on, so that the lighting element illuminates a scanned object, and the camera shooting element shoots the scanned object. The pen point structure is arranged at one end of the pen body in a protruding mode, the camera shooting element and the lighting element of the pen point structure are not shielded by the pen body, the
