The invention discloses three-proofing sofa cloth and a preparation method thereof. The three-proofing sofa cloth comprises a base cloth layer, and further comprises a flame-retardant layer arranged on the base cloth layer, a waterproof layer arranged on the flame-retardant layer and an antistatic layer arranged on the waterproof layer; the waterproof layer is prepared from a waterproof coating; the waterproof coating is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: PVC resin, dibutyl phthalate, mica powder, an anionic surfactant, polyether modified organic silicon, a titanate coupling agent and cyclohexanone; the antistatic layer is composed of an antistatic coating, and the antistatic coating is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: epoxy resin, dibutylphthalate, mica powder, nano silver powder, a silane coupling agent, a compatilizer, polyether modified organic silicon, a cationic surfactant and acetone; and therefore, the sofa fabric has waterproof and antistatic effects.
