The invention discloses a hybrid power assembly suspension system and a vehicle with the same. The system comprises a rear suspension support, a left suspension support and a right suspension support,wherein the rear suspension support, the left suspension support and the right suspension support respectively support a hybrid power assembly from the rear side, the left side and the right side ofthe hybrid power assembly, and provide suspension force for the hybrid power assembly in the X direction of the vehicle.
