Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of Rosa roxburghii Tratt flower tea. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps; 1) harvesting, harvesting leaves and flowers of Rosa roxburghii Tratt free of insect attack; 2) spreading for cooling, spreading the harvested leaves and flowers of Rosa roxburghii Tratt on a bamboo tray thinly in no more than 3 layers, and cooling the leaves and flowers of Rosa roxburghii Tratt for 15-25min; 3) sterilizing at high temperature, conducting high temperature sterilization at 80-100 DEG C for 15-25 minutes to avoid parasites; and 4)baking at high temperature.
