In one method, snapshot data associated with a vehicle service itinerary at a charging time point of the vehicle service itinerary at which a driver of the vehicle service itinerary starts charging the vehicle service itinerary is acquired. Based on the snapshot data, afirst probability is determined that a passenger representing a service trip of the vehicle has not yet boarded. In response to determining that the first probability represents that the passenger has not yet been determined to get on, streaming data associated with the vehicle service trip after the billing time point is acquired.
