Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a food safety risk early warning method combining a neural network and an analytic hierarchy process algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the risk fusionof food safety detection data through employing the analytic hierarchy process algorithm based on entropy weight, and enabling an obtained risk fusion value to serve as the expected output of a condensation hierarchical clustering radial basis function neural network; and taking the detection data as the input of the condensed hierarchical clustering radial basis function neural network, and establishing a condensed hierarchical clustering radial basis function neural network early warning model to predict the food safety risk of the detection data.
