The invention provides a steelmaking sample processing method and device based on a processing system and the processing system, the processing system comprises a robot, at least one processing deviceand a server, each processing device comprises a plurality of stations arranged in sequence, the robot is used for placing arrived steelmaking samples on the stations. The robot and each processing device are in communication connection with a server, and the method is applied to the server and comprises the following steps: acquiring sample information of each steelmaking sample in a plurality of steelmaking samples of the current batch; determining a sampling sequence of the plurality of steelmaking samples and a station for placing each steelmaking sample according to the sample information of the plurality of steelmaking samples; and controlling the robot to sequentially place each steelmaking sample to the corresponding station according to the sampling sequence, so as to enable thecorresponding processing d
