A water outletof the mechanical pump communicates with an inlet of the first one-way valve through a pipeline, and an outlet of the first one-way valve communicates with a water inlet of the cylinder cover water jacket, a water inlet of the engine oil cooler and an outlet of the second one-way valve through pipelines.
