The sleeve mounting assembly comprises a sleeve, a stopping part, and a drill rod, wherein the sleeve is provided with a front end opening and a rear end opening; the stopping part is arranged on the outer side of the rear end opening of the sleeve to be used for applying force to the sleeve; the first end of the drill rod extends into the sleevefrom the front end opening of the sleeve and is connected to the stopping part, and the second end of the drill rod is connected to traction equipment; and the stopping part is drilled by the drill rod to drive the sleeve to penetrate through a pre-reaming hole.
