Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, in particular to an organ-like lung cancer PDXO model, EGFR engineering modification and an application of the organ-like lung cancer PDXO model in pharmacodynamic research of tumor medicines. The invention discloses a method for establishing an organ-like lung cancer PDXO model and a method for carrying out EGFR modification onthe PDXO model, and provides a method for rapidly converting a PDX model into an organ-like model and generating an engineering lung cancer organ-like model of an EGFR mutant by using gene modification.
