The methods comprise the steps: firstly determining collected data, then sequentially carrying out the processing of the collected data through low-pass filtering, recursive average filtering and time synchronization, and carrying out the acceleration verification to generate an electric vehicle working condition database; evaluating the energy flow and the energy consumption of the electric vehicle by utilizing the data in the electric vehicle working condition database; and finally, verifying an evaluation result by utilizing the collected original data.
