Pre-separation method of molybdenum-containing copper concentrate

The invention belongs to the field of non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and particularly relates to a pre-separation method of molybdenum-containing copper concentrate. The pre-separation method of themolybdenum-containing copper concentrate comprises the following steps of inputting molybdenite-containing copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate pulp into an overflow discharge type magnetic hydrocyclone for one or two times of pre-separation, producing molybdenum-poor overflow pulp and molybdenum-rich settled sand after pre-separation is carried out, transferring the molybdenum-poor overflow pulp into a concentration tank for gravity separation, combining the molybdenum-rich settled sand obtained after pre-separation, carrying out size mixing on the combined settled sand, and then conducting copper-molybdenum separation through a flotation process to obtian the molybdenum concentrate with the molybdenum grade larger than or equal to 45%. According to the method, the magnetic differentiationof chalcopyrite and molyb
