The inventor of the invention finds that borneolcan effectively enhance the sensitivity of malignant brain glioma radiotherapy, and the effect may be that the expression of HIF1a is regulated and controlled by mediating mTORC1/eIF4E signaling pathways so as to reverse radiotherapy resistance, so that borneol can be used as a malignant brain glioma radiotherapy combined drug.
