The invention relates to an assembly (ESB) comprising a cable support (100) and a cable (C) inserted into said support, said support comprising: - at least one base (10), made of a rigid material, comprising at least one receptacle (11) provided with a longitudinal axis (AL) and for which the internal dimension Dint, taken in a plane perpendicular to said longitudinal axis (AL), is provided; - atleast one strip (20), made of a more flexible material than that of the base, comprising at least two lips (21, 22), on the one hand, arranged opposite each other in order to define a passageway slot(F) for a cable between said lips (21, 22) and, on the other hand, shaped to define an orifice (O), in which said cable (C) is inserted, said orifice (O), provided with a longitudinal axis (AL'), communicating with said slot (F) along said longitudinal axis (AL') of the orifice (O, O'), said lips (21, 22) together having an external dimension D'ext, taken in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (AL') of the orifi
