Zusammenfassung:	Provided are: a liquid crystal aligning agent which enables the achievement of a liquid crystal alignment film that has excellent voltage holding ratio and exhibits rapid reduction of accumulated charges, while having good liquid crystal aligning properties and transparency; a liquid crystal alignment film; and a liquid crystal display element. The liquid crystal aligning agent is characterized bycontaining an organic solvent and the component (A) and the component (B) described below. The component (A) is at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyimide precursors havinga structure of formula (2) and imidized polymers of the polyimide precursors. (In the formula, R5 represents a single bond or the like; R6 represents a structure -(CH2)n-; n represents a number of 2-20; and R7 represents a single bond or the like. The component (B) is a compound represented by formula (1). In the formula (1), each of Q1 and Q2 represents (Q1-1), (Q1-2) or the like. (In the formula(1), each of q1 and q2 rep
