The processing device body has a rotatable processing tool for scraping off at least a portion of the braking surface. The processing tool has a cylindrical processing tool body, a plating layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of the processing tool body, and a plurality of abrasive grains fixed onto the outer peripheral surface of the processing toolbody with the plating layer interposed therebetween.
