The method comprises the steps: taking polar cruiseship fin stabilizer model selection evaluation as a target, taking a plurality of to-be-evaluated fins as an alternative scheme, and building a hierarchical structure model of polar cruise ship fin stabilizer evaluation; obtaining a weight vector of an objective index in the sub-criterion layer to the criterion layer through an entropy weight method; based on the hierarchical structure model, determining a weight vector of a subjective index of the sub-criterion layer to the criterion layer through an analytic hierarchy process; further, calculating a combined weight vector of the scheme layer to the target layer, and sorting the weight values of the alternative schemes to the target to finish fin stabilizer selection.
