The well testing steel wire fatigue simulation device comprises a bracket, an upper pulley, a lower pulley, a winch and a counterweight member, wherein the upper pulley, the lower pulley and the winch are fixed on the bracket; the upper pulley is located above the lower pulley, and the lower pulley and the winch are located on the same horizontal plane.
