The conveying device comprises a vertically arranged mounting plate (1), wherein one side of the mounting plate (1) is fixedly provided with a vertically arranged polish rod (2); a sliding block (3) is slidably connected to the polish rod (2), and a guide wheel (4) is rotatably connected to the sliding block (3); asensor (5) is fixed at the position of the mounting plate (1) corresponding to the middle of the polished rod (2), and a wire inlet wheel (6) and a wire outlet wheel (7) are respectively arranged at the positions of the mounting plate (1) corresponding to the two sides of the top of the polish rod (2). The conveying device disclosed by the invention not only can timely find the situations of thread jamming, thread breaking and yarn exhaustion, but also has the advantages of being not prone to thread breaking, high in conveying efficiency, capable of eliminating elastic errors of elastic yarns,convenient to threading,
