Zusammenfassung:There is provided: ferritic stainless steel having both electrical conductivity in the oxide film thereof and creep resistance strength, in a long-time high temperature oxidative environment; and a ferritic stainless steel sheet having both creep resistance strength and formability, in the same environment; wherein both of the steel and the steel sheet are provided without relying on addition of rare earth elements and alloy elements.
