Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a separation method and application of tumor infiltration lymphocytes. The separation method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting separated and cleaned tumor tissues into pieces, and diluting, (2) mixing the diluent with hyaluronidase, DNA enzyme and II-type collagenase, digesting, filtering, centrifuging and collecting cell precipitates, (3) removing red blood cells, fibroblasts and fibroblasts in the cell precipitate, and (4) finally, removing tumor cells by using a lymphocyte separating medium to obtain the tumor infiltrating lymphocyte. The separation methodis simple and easy to operate, and the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes obtained through separation are high in activity and purity and show good anti-tumor activity. 本发明涉及一种肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞的分离方法及其应用,所述分离方法包括如下步骤:(1)将分离洗净的肿瘤组织剪碎,稀释;(2)将稀释液与透明质酸酶、DNA酶和Ⅱ型胶原酶混合,消化,过滤,离心收集细胞沉淀;(3)去除细胞沉淀中的红细胞、成纤维细胞和纤维细胞;(4)最后用淋巴细胞分离液去除肿瘤细胞,得到肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞。本发明所涉及的分离方法简单易操作,分离得到的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞活性高、纯度高,且显示出良好的抗瘤活性。
