Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process for extracting lithium from lepidolite. The process comprises the following steps: (1) grinding, (2) high-pressure steam reaction, (3) leaching and (4) precipitation.According to the method, a planetary ball mill is used for ball milling, so that the crystal structure of the lepidolite is changed through in-situ phase transfer of a lithium element between lepidolite and an activating agent, and the leaching rate of lithium is increased. Secondly, high-pressure steam is in contact reaction with the ball-milled material at 500 DEG C, so that the energy consumption and the alkali consumption can be remarkably reduced, and no toxic gas is generated in the whole technological process. Barium sulfate can be recycled in the whole technological process, so that the production cost is reduced, the energy consumption is remarkably reduced, and the method has a good application prospect.
