A processing unit and a control unit are arranged on the roof of an automobile and are electrically connected; a first temperature sensor is fixedly arranged on the outer side of an automobile body, a second temperature sensor is arranged on the inner wall of an automobile roof, and the first temperaturesensor and the second temperature sensor are both electrically connected with the processing unit. A detection device is arranged in an automobile cab and electrically connected with the processing unit, and the control unit is electrically connected with an automobile air conditioner and an automobile window braking device. The first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor can obtainthe temperature outside the vehicle and the temperature inside the vehicle respectively.
