The invention discloses a welding tooling for round hole plug welding. The welding tooling comprises a welding gun spray nozzle, a mount seat and a track adjusting plate, wherein the welding gun spraynozzle can be mounted on the mounting seat in a conically swinging manner, an adjusting round hole is formed in the track adjusting plate, the lower end of the welding gun spray nozzle is arranged inthe adjusting round hole in a penetrating manner, and diameter of the adjusting round hole is larger than that of the welding gun spray nozzle. With adoption of the welding tooling, all that is required for operators is to swing a welding gun, the welded round hole is controlled by the tooling and is not affected by human, the condition of inconsistent welding seams caused by skill difference ofthe operators is reduced, the requirement for welding skill of the operators is reduced, the problems of inconsistent welding seam forming sizes and appearance quality of round hole plug welding of the same type are solved, and
