Preparation method of liquid chromatographic column based on etched stainless steel powder

The invention discloses a preparation method of a liquid chromatographic column based on etched stainless steel powder. Hydrofluoric acid etched stainless steel powder is used as a stationary phase ofthe liquid chromatographic column. The preparation process of the stationary phase comprises the following steps of: sieving and separating stainless steel powder to obtain stainless steel powder with different mesh numbers; and etching the stainless steel powder with hydrofluoric acid for 70 seconds to obtain stainless steel powder with a uniform and regular microsphere structure, and performingfilling by a dry method to obtain the liquid chromatographic column. The chromatographic column is low in cost and capable of meeting separation of some substances, compared with other chromatographic columns, the stainless steel powder is stable in physical property and chemical property and high in pressure resistance, the chromatographic column is particularly suitable for an ultrahigh-pressure liquid chromatography sy
