The method comprises the steps that S1 NB-IoT transmission equipment transmits equipment registration information to upper-end service; S2 the upper-end service receives the equipment registration information and sends a plurality of preset polling request instructions to the NB-IoT transmission equipment one by one; S3 the NB-IoT transmission equipment stores the plurality of preset polling request instructions and sends a storage result to the upper-end service; S4 the upper-end service issues a polling start instruction to the NB-IoT transmission equipment according to the storage result; S5 the NB-IoT transmission equipment sends a preset polling request instruction to an intelligent equipment, and the intelligent equipment receives the preset polling request instruction and replies data to the NB-IoT transmission equipment; S6 the NB-IoT transmission equipment uploads each preset polling reque
