Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a power-on time sequence detection device and method which are simple in structure, low in cost and high in time resolution. The power-on time sequence detection device comprises 2n buffers (1), n analog switches (2), n comparators (3), n DACs (4), one ADCs (5) and an MCU (6). The detection method comprises the following steps: inputting a power-on time sequence to-be-detected signal into the comparators; by the MCU, setting the trigger voltage of each input channel through the DACs, and starting a timer at the moment when the first channel is triggered; recording corresponding time when each channel is triggered; detecting the waveform of the power-on time sequence to-be-detected signal through the analog switches and athe ADC; and taking any two time differences and waveform amplitudes as the judgment basis of the power-on time sequence, and measuring the power-on time sequence of the equipment. The method can be applied to the test field.
