Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a control method for adjusting the phase composition of a cemented carbide bonding phase. The control method comprises the steps of placing a molded or extruded cemented carbide compact in a heater before sintering after forming, introducing a certain flow of air into the heater, keeping the temperature for a certain time under a preset temperature condition, and enabling oxygen in the air to undergo oxidation reaction with metal elements in the cemented carbide; and controlling the waiting time before sintering of the product within 24 h. Through process improvement and equipment development, waiting time before compact sintering can be reduced, and the manufacturing period can be shortened; and the magnetic saturation uniformity of the product can be improved, andthe magnetic saturation stability between batches can be improved.
