The naphthol AS-PH is synthesized in one step by taking 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid and o-aminophenylether as raw materials and a bis (cyclopentadienyl) zirconium (IV) bis (trifluoromethanesulfonic acid) THF complex as a coordination catalyst. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the yield can reach 98.5% and is increased by about 15% compared with that of a traditional process, the product quality is good, and the product purity can reach 99.5%. The coordination catalyst can be recycled, so that the production cost is remarkably reduced. 本发明属于化工技术领域,具体涉及一种色酚AS-PH的制备方法。本发明以2-羟基-3-萘甲酸、邻氨基苯乙醚为原料,以双(环戊二烯基)锆(IV)双(三氟甲磺酸基)THF络合物作为配位催化剂,一步合成色酚AS-PH。本发明所述的制备方法,收率可达98.5%,比传统工艺收率提高了约15个百分点,产品质量好,产品纯度可达99.5%。配位催化剂可回收套用,显著降低生产成本。
