The invention discloses a grating assembly for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. The grating assembly comprises an outer grating, and further comprises an inner grating and an adjusting mechanism; and air guiding plates are uniformly arranged on the inner part of the inner grating along the circumference, the air guiding plates are obliquely arranged, and the inner grating rotates by an anglethrough the adjusting mechanism.
