Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of gene engineering, in particular to a method and recombinant promoters for efficiently expressing high-temperature-resistant alpha-amylase in bacillus subtilis, and application. The invention provides a series of combined promoters and signal peptides capable of efficiently expressing the high-temperature-resistant alpha-amylase. Compared with a control promoter and signal peptide combination, the relative enzyme activity of the high-temperature-resistant alpha-amylase of the optimized promoter and signal peptide combinations is improved to a certain extent, the enzyme activity of the high-temperature-resistant alpha-amylase of the hybrid promoter and different signal peptide combinations is greatly improved, and a foundation is laid for industrial production of the the high-temperature-resistant alpha-amylase.
