Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides composite magnetic particles, a method for removing red blood cells in peripheral blood or bone marrow cells and application of the composite magnetic particles, and relates tothe technical field of specific cell separation. The surface of each composite magnetic particle is coupled with a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody for specifically identifying an erythrocyte surface antigen. The surface of each composite magnetic particle is coupled with a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody capable of specifically recognizing red blood cell surface antigen,therefore, red blood cells in peripheral blood or bone marrow cells can be specifically adsorbed and removed through antigen-antibody reaction, the problems that an existing method for removing the red blood cells in the bone marrow cells is complex in process and high in preparation cost are effectively solved, and the method can be widely applied to the preparation process of the mononuclear cells.
