Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heat-resistant plant fiber PLA compound capable of being simply operated and processed at low temperature to maintain the fiber primary color and a preparation method thereof. The heat-resistant plant fiber PLA compound is prepared from 61.2-73.6 parts by weight of PLA, 7 to 10 parts by weight of PBS; 2-3 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 16-24 parts by weight of plant fibers, 5.6-8.4 parts by weight of a coupling agent-ethanol solution, 0.3 part by weight of an antioxidant and 0.3 part by weight of a lubricant, and the coupling agent-ethanol solution is prepared by compounding a coupling agent and an ethanol solution according to a mass ratio of 1: 6, uniformly stirring and sealing at normal temperature for 1 hour. The heat-resistant plant fiber PLA compound hasthe effect of keeping the primary color of the fiber through low-temperature processing.
