Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a light low-odor polypropylene composite material which comprises polypropylene resin, polyurethane, cyclohexanol-loaded expanded perlite and glass fibers. The cyclohexanol-loaded expanded perlite is prepared by the following method: firstly, putting expanded perlite into a sealed container, and vacuumizing the sealed container; then introducing cyclohexanol into the sealed container; adsorbing the cyclohexanol into the holes of the expanded perlite under the action of negative pressure, and then drying the expanded perlite for later use; and controlling the weight gain of the treated expanded perlite to be 12-25%. By adding the expanded perlite, the injection molding finished product of the polypropylene material has the characteristic of low weight; through the addition of cyclohexanol, the odor and organic matter volatilization amount of the polypropylene composite material and the injection molding product thereof are reduced; the expanded perlite is used for loading and protectin |
