The bio-based cross-linked recyclable polyurethane composite material is prepared from a polyurethane prepolymer containing a diene structure and a bio-based modified polyester cross-linking agent. The polyurethane material is cured through a diene addition reaction, a forward-reversible reaction of a chemical bond is achieved through temperature stimulation, flowing and non-curing at 110-130 DEG C are achieved, curing is achieved at 60-70 DEG C, and the polyurethane material can be recycled after being heated.
