According to the method, the post-treatment meanses of complexing GHK tripeptides with a copper complexing agent, performing filtering, preforming rotary drying, performing freeze drying and the like are taken, and high-purity GHK copper peptides can be obtained. The obtained copper complexing agent is selected from one or a mixture of two of copper acetate, copper hydroxide and copper methoxide.
