The large-size photocuring 3D printing method comprises the following steps of importing a model file; converting themodel file into a print file; pouring liquid photosensitive resin into a photosensitive resin material cylinder; importing the printing file into the photocuring 3D printer; driving a DLP projector to move on a horizontal plane through a plane moving assembly, and carrying out splicing projection on a layer plane of a 3D model to form projection of the single layer whole plane of the 3D model; curing the photosensitive resin material cylinder of the current layer; lowering a printing platform lifting mechanism by a set thickness, and driving a scraper to scrape the liquid photosensitive resinmaterial flat through a scraper moving mechanism; driving the DLP projector to move on the horizontal plane through the plane moving assembly, carrying out splicing projection on the current layer plane of the 3D model to for
