Zusammenfassung:A protein-rich fraction from oilseed meal of sunflower or Brassica L. seed which is obtainable by a process of electrostatic separation. The dry sunflower protein-rich composition may comprise a dry matter content of sunflower proteins ranging from 44 to 60, in weight %, and a dry matter content of Acid Detergent Lignin ranging from 2 to 5 in 5 weight % in respect of the total weight of dry matterof said composition.
