The invention designs a rotor winding inserting tool. The adjusting tool (1) is in the shape of a long-rod-shaped fork. A limiting groove (11) in the end part of the adjusting tool (1) is assembled with the rotor winding (6); the positioning tool (2) is composed of a positioning block (21) and a positioning handle (22). The positioning block (21) is square; one end of the positioning block (21) isof a T-shaped structure and is assembled in a groove of the rotor core (7), the other end of the positioning block (21) is provided with internal threads to be assembled and fixed to the positioninghandle (22), the supporting block (4) and the limiting block (5) are used for preventing the rotor winding (6) from colliding, and the rotor winding (6) is guided into the groove of the rotor core (7)through the adjusting tool (1).
