Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an LED light-emitting device which comprises an LED light-emitting chip 1, a support 2 and a lens 5. The LED light-emitting chip 1 is located at the bottom of the support 2. A cavity 3 is formed between the LED light-emitting chip 1 and the support 2. The LED light-emitting chip 1 is a blue light LED light-emitting chip. The cavity 3 is filled with colloid. The lens 5 comprises a concave portion 51, the concave portion 51 is located below the lens 5 and in the middle of the lens 5, and a light changing membrane 6 is arranged in the concave portion 51. The lens 5 furthercomprises a lens body 52 and a supporting column 53, the supporting column 53 is located below the lens 5 and in the non-middle position of the lens 5, and a gap 4 is formed between the lens 5 and thesupport 2.
