The method comprises the specific steps of 1 detecting appearance odor; 2 determining the content of main components: adding acetone into a sample, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, standing, taking the supernatant, adding an acetophenone internal standard solution, fixing the volume by using acetone, mixing, and determining by using a gas chromatography method; 3 extraction: adding ethanol into the sample,stirring, connecting to a condenser, heating in a water bath, and allowing solvent vapor to flow into an empty flask through the condenser for extraction; and 4 detecting the extraction liquid: determining whether the extraction liquid contains chloropropene or not by using a gas chromatography method.
