The invention discloses a control method and a control terminal for a heat pump unit and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining working parameters of the heat pump unit; determining whethera compressor is required to be adjusted according to the working parameters and a preset target temperature; and if it is determined that the compressor is required to be adjusted, controlling the compressor to close or open according to the preset target temperature and the working parameters.
