The node comprises underpinning steel beams (2) arranged on both sides of the section steel concrete column (1), a steel hoop (3) sleeved on the outside of the section steel concrete column (1), an inclined rod (4) used to support the underpinning steel beams (2) and connected to the steel hoop (3), and a vertical pull rod(5) used to connect the underpinning steel beams (2) and the inclined rod (4), wherein the underpinning steel beams (2), the steel hoop (3) and the inclined rod (4) are all provided with ear plates (6) and are connected by pins (7), and the underpinning steel beams (2), the steel hoop (3), the inclined rod (4) and the vertical pull rod (5) constitute an underpinning device of a triangular connecting rod structure.
